10 May


Last night I cooked two John Dory fillets for us, with a lime and coriander sauce, new potatoes and a wild rocket salad... even if I say so myself, it was good..

Learning something new everyday! After some internet searching, I discovered that this is what we call "arugla" here in the US. I love it in salads - very peppery.
