I found that someone stole this picture from here and published it in a magazine without even asking me! Seems now I will have to add watermarks to all my images, I do hope that these do not detract from the images I enjoy sharing with you.
When I challenged the publisher they responded as follows
Dear Tony
I can only offer my sincere apologies and regret that in this instance we have not taken due care and diligence to ensure that all of the necessary permissions were in place. If you accept our apologies I would be more than happy to publish a full acknowledgement in next month’s magazine together with an outline of any photographic services that you offer.
I can assure you that this will not happen again.
I hope that is acceptable and again offer my sincere apologies.
