in recent years there has been a new development of modern housing on what was the refuse and sewage treatment area next to the Thames in Kew, the new development is ok in a 'toy town' sort of way.. with cute public spaces and public art. But theres no shops or community areas not even a pub... and a lot of folk have bought to let as an investment... not my cuppa fresh soya latte... but might suit some... :o) T
