Mimosas? There are two variations that I've been enjoying. One cocktail is called "Vikings Testicle." That is made of 1/3 part champagne, 1/3 pineapple juice and 1/3 vodka.
The other is one I made up called "Fuzzy Testicle" 1/3 champagne, 1/3 Peach/Mango juice and 1/3 Peach infused vodka. :)
