Wow, that is a lot of piggage hangin' up there. =O) Ours is in the fridge just anticipating to be covered in pinnapples, cherries and brown sugar glaze tomorrow.
We'll be eating it all week then by New Years, what is left will become Hopping Jon. (A southern tradition of a bean soup made from left over Christmas ham and black eyed peas) They say that eating lots of it will gaurantee a healthy and prosperous new year.
I don't know about the riches part, but I sure fart a LOT on New Years day.
