Henry Moore is coming to Kew
Pepsi was there with 'LunchTime' Pete... I don't know why he has that name...

Paul's band played Thursday night, thankfully without the power outages we experienced last time
The girls apparently 'offered' to rescue the bikes...
Can this be right? A holiday weekend approaches and sunshine is the forecast, with the weather as cloud and rain up to the weekend and cloud after, but going by previous form, May Bank and Spring Bank, this must be incorrect...
Sach and his new wife, Nisha, arrived in style for their wedding reception

Tom Nolan could not play last night.. (get well soon Tom)
so Paul Bowen... stepped in, with 2 hours notice and pulled a 4 piece band together, our man on the fiddle, treckin down from Camden Town on public transport.. that is a hero...
so ... short notice,
sorted...
power failure,
overcome...
first set 1hr 15 :- played sweet stuff (they play the blues PLUS)...
last song of first set Tribute to Gorgie Best: Beautiful Feet
then on with second set...
settle in to some cool rock and blues.
go to bar to order last drink of evening
when a major power outage... the band are half way through 'The Boys are Back in Town' when we are plunged in to total darkness...
but there is no panic...
just a check to make sure the beer hasn't been swiped, and a start to wish everyone a save journey home...
Thanks to Paul for stepping in and such a great set..
He plays again at The White Cross on the 23rd...
pinch.. punch.. first of the month....
